Novo Nordisk A/S (NYSE:NVO) on Monday presented results from its Phase 3 REIMAGINE 1-3 trials, showing that investigational treatment CagriSema significantly reduced both HbA1c and body weight in adults with Type 2 diabetes.

The once-weekly therapy combines a novel amylin analog with a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Across all three studies, CagriSema met the primary endpoint of reducing HbA1c and achieved confirmatory secondary endpoints related to weight loss.
