Adams Street Partners has appointed Michael Kurlander, currently a partner and chief financial officer, as chief operating officer, expanding his existing responsibilities.

In the broadened role, Kurlander will continue to oversee the firm's financial strategy while also leading operations and helping drive long‑term growth and organizational scale, the private markets investment management firm said Wednesday in a press release.
