("Standard Lithium" or the "Company") (TSXV:SLI) (NYSE.A: SLI), a leading near-commercial lithium company, announced that it intends to offer and sell common shares (the "Common Shares") in an underwritten public offering of $120,000,000 (the "Offering"). The Offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the Offering. Standard Lithium also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the Common Shares sold under the Offering at the public offering price.

Morgan Stanley and Evercore ISI will serve as co-lead book-running managers for a syndicate of underwriters, including BMO Capital Markets, as a book-running manager, for the proposed Offering.
