S&P 500 Edges Higher; American Woodmark Shares Slide

U.S. stocks traded mixed toward the end of trading, with the S&P 500 gaining around 0.2% on Tuesday. The Dow traded up 0.01% to 41,242.33 while the NASDAQ rose 0.24% to 17,768.84. The S&P 500 also rose, gaining, 0.20% to 5,628.04.
