MONTREAL, Sept. 17, 2024 /CNW/ - For the first quarter of its 2024-2025 fiscal year, which ended on June 22, 2024, the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) reported net income of $306.6 million, a $5.3 million or 1.8% increase from the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal year.
Results in brief
Despite a $6.7 million drop in sales in our store and specialized centre network but bolstered by a $7.6 million sales increase in the wholesale grocer network, dollar sales rose 0.1% to $903.4 million.
