No. All DayTraders accounts must be registered under an individual’s legal identity.
When creating your DayTraders account, you must:
Enter your legal first and last name
Use your personal identity information
Complete any required identity verification as an individual
Do not enter an LLC, corporation, or business name when creating your DayTraders account.
How Do I Register My Business for Payouts?
Your business information is entered when you create your payout profile through Plane, not when registering on DayTraders.com.
During the Plane onboarding process, you may choose to register your payout profile as a business and provide information such as:
Legal business name
Business address
Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Business formation or verification documents
Business bank account information
Plane may request additional information depending on your location and business type.
Identity Verification Requirements
Your DayTraders account and Pro Account agreement must remain connected to your individual identity.
Depending on your country, you may be required to provide:
U.S. individuals: Social Security number (SSN)
Non-U.S. individuals: Passport number or another accepted government-issued identification number
These details are required for identity verification, agreement signing, and compliance purposes.

DayTraders accounts must be created using your legal first and last name.
LLC or business names cannot be used during DayTraders registration.
All trading accounts remain tied to an individual identity.
