Multiple-Chart Layouts in ArcTrader

ArcTrader allows traders to use multiple-chart layouts to view more than one chart in the same workspace.

This is helpful for traders who want to monitor different symbols, timeframes, or market conditions at the same time.

What is Multiple-Chart Layout?

Multiple-Chart Layout allows traders to display multiple charts inside one layout.

ArcTrader may support up to:

  • 8 charts in one layout

Each chart can be used to view:

  • A different symbol

  • A different timeframe

  • A different chart type

  • A different trading setup

  • A different market view

What Can Be Synchronized?

Charts may be synchronized by:

  • Symbol

  • Interval or resolution

  • Crosshair

  • Time

  • Date range

This helps traders compare price action more easily across multiple charts.

When Should You Use Multiple Charts?

Multiple charts are useful when you want to:

  • Watch several symbols at once

  • Compare the same symbol across different timeframes

  • Monitor related markets side by side

  • Track entries and exits more clearly

  • Review short-term and long-term price action together

  • Keep a broader view of market conditions

Important Notes

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Multiple-chart layouts may depend on platform availability.

  • Smaller screens may make large layouts harder to manage.

  • Too many charts can make trading less efficient.

  • Synchronization options may vary.

  • Always confirm the active chart before placing a trade.

Best Practices

When using multiple charts:

  • Keep your layout simple.

  • Use only the charts you actually need.

  • Group related symbols together.

  • Use synchronization when comparing the same symbol.

  • Avoid overcrowding your screen.

  • Confirm the selected symbol before submitting an order.
