Giveaway Eligibility
DayTraders giveaways are open to eligible participants only. Before entering or claiming a giveaway prize, please make sure you meet all applicable account, location, and platform requirements.
Important Giveaway Rules
1. Restricted Countries Are Not Eligible
Participants located in, residing in, or registering from a restricted country are not eligible to win DayTraders giveaways.
If a winner is selected and we determine that they are from a restricted country, the prize cannot be awarded or redeemed.
DayTraders may review the winner’s account information, registration details, and eligibility before issuing any giveaway prize.
2. Prizes Must Be Claimed Within 7 Days
If you are selected as a giveaway winner, you must claim or redeem your prize within 7 days from the date we notify you.
To claim your prize, follow the instructions provided in the giveaway notification. This may include replying to an email, confirming your account details, or accepting the applicable terms.
If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, the offer will expire and the prize may no longer be available.
What Happens If I Do Not Claim My Prize in Time?
If you do not respond or complete the required redemption steps within 7 days of being notified, the giveaway prize will be forfeited.
Once the claim period expires, DayTraders is not required to reissue the prize or extend the deadline.
Can I Transfer My Giveaway Prize to Someone Else?
Giveaway prizes are intended for the selected winner only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person unless DayTraders gives written approval.
Final Review Before Prize Issuance
All giveaway prizes are subject to final eligibility review. DayTraders reserves the right to deny, cancel, or withhold a giveaway prize if the winner does not meet the giveaway rules or account eligibility requirements.

Giveaway prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Additional terms may apply depending on the specific giveaway.
